For nearly twenty years, John Barcelona has been involved in the acquisition, development and construction of residential communities in the Chicago metro area.  John is the current President of Chestnut Homes, Inc. and is a principal of Woodgrove Development Group.  Previously, he served as President of Woodhill Corporation and has been an active member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. He has been a practicing attorney for thirty five years in real estate and corporate law.

Douglas J. Rzepka has worked in various capacities in the real estate and home building industries for over twenty years.  Most recently, he has served as Vice President of Operations at Chestnut Homes, Inc. coordinating all aspects of the company’s business functions and is a participant in the Woodgrove Development Group.  Previously, he was responsible for design, costing, sales, client relations, and construction supervision while at several custom and semi-custom residential firms.  In addition, he has participated in a start-up residential construction organization and has been involved with bank work-out operations.
